Operating Instructions
To Activate: Locate the metal disc and bend it between your fingers until you feel a click. The gel will heat up and become solid.
To Reuse: Submerge in a pot of boiling water for 5-7 minutes and let cool. We recommend wrapping the warmer(s) in a cloth if you use a gas stove.
Warning: Do NOT put warmer(s) in the microwave or freezer. Do NOT pierce. If the gel comes in contact with the skin, rinse with warm water. Do NOT allow the gel to enter the eyes. If gel enters the eyes, or is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
