Start by finding a comfortable and relaxed position, such as lying down or sitting with your legs slightly apart. Apply Splash! Water Lubricant to the balls and gently insert one ball into your vagina. Once the first ball is inserted, use your pelvic floor muscles to squeeze and hold the ball for a few seconds, then release. Repeat this squeezing and releasing motion about 10-15 times. After completing the exercises with the first ball, you can gradually progress to using two balls. Insert the second ball into your vagina alongside the first ball and repeat the squeezing and releasing exercises. If you experience discomfort, pain, or unusual symptoms while using the balls, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Clean and dry them thoroughly before and after each use.
