Snap the metal disc near the edge until crystals form. The warmer heats to approximately 129°F / 54°C. Initial activation may require extra snaps. Use with or without massage oil. Crystal formation during shipping is normal and won’t affect the warmer's performance. *Duration of heat may vary depending on ambient temperature and how the warmer is used.

Warnings: Do not microwave or freeze this product. If the vinyl becomes punctured, dispose of the warmer. If gel comes into contact with the skin, rinse the area with warm water. Avoid contact with the eyes. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children and pets. 

Wrap the warmer in a cloth and place it into gently boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes, or until all crystals are dissolved. Remove it carefully and allow it to cool before reusing. Do not boil if punctured. Never leave unattended.
