Remove the spray nozzle from the bulb and fill the bulb with warm water. Avoid using water that is too hot or cold to the touch, as extreme temperatures can cause discomfort. Once the bulb is filled, twist the spray nozzle on and ensure it's securely attached.
Apply Splash! Lubricant to the nozzle. Find a comfortable position, such as standing in front of a toilet or the shower, and put your dominant leg up. Release any trapped air from the nozzle before inserting. Gently insert the nozzle and squeeze the bulb to release the water. Start with a small amount and gradually increase the volume. Position yourself so water can drain into the toilet or bathtub and be disposed of properly. Allow the water to flow naturally. Repeat this process. Rinse, clean, and allow both pieces to after use.
